Product Information

Bauspiel Light Blocks combine classic building play with the fascination of light and colours. Each block creates a colourful, transparent acrylic window that catches the light and creates beautiful colour patterns. The blocks invite children to build, explore and experiment with both construction and light in a playful way.

When sunlight hits the blocks or they are used on a light table, new colours, reflections and shadows emerge, sparking curiosity. At the same time, the blocks function as regular building blocks and can be used for houses, towers, bridges and imaginative structures.

What is the child learning?

Fine motor skills through building.

Creativity through free construction.

Exploration of light and colors.

Spatial understanding through multi-level building.

Problem-solving when structures need to be stable.

Curiosity and exploratory play.
